Peinto Thai Kitchen combines Chef Gong’s rich experience with a passion for authentic Thai & Chinese cuisine served in a fun, casual setting. Whether you're craving comfort food classics or inventive chef’s specials, this Las Vegas gem promises delicious dishes, vegan-friendly options, and a welcoming vibe. And with a second location on the horizon, its flavors are only going to spread further.

Peinto means "lunch box" in Thai, pronounced Pin-Tho-Tai-Kid-Chen.

Founded by husband-and-wife duo Gong & Bennie, the brand was born in September 2022.

Both originally from Thailand, Gong & Bennie came to the U.S. with little money but a big dream. Inspired by Panda Express, they set out to create their own path in the restaurant world.

Gong began his culinary journey in 2013 as a dishwasher. A year later, he moved to Las Vegas and worked as a cook, gaining experience in top resorts and casinos from Aria, Cosmopolitan, Palace Station, Tropicana, and Bally's.

Bennie, meanwhile, worked as an assistant pastry chef at Arawan Thai Bistro, then as a server at Yama Sushi, building her own knowledge of food and hospitality.

In 2020, they opened their first restaurant, Plumeria Thai Cafe. Two years later, they launched Peinto Thai Kitchen and their journey is still just getting started.
